Sweet wine that comes from overripe Moscatel de Grano Menudo grapes from our El Bosque de Traibuenas estate.
It was created by Javier Ochoa more than 20 years ago and continues to lead the way in oenological recognitions.
The grape remains in the vineyard overripening until it reaches its optimal degree. Furthermore, this grape, with very few kilos of yield, has a peculiarity: it concentrates acidity as well as sugars, obtaining a fresh wine that does not cloy.
In warmer years, like 2018, its honeyed, floral aroma prevails with great aromatic potential.
