Castro Baroncelli is a red wine made with 100% Mencía grapes from the highest part of the Gorvia vineyard.
It is made from a traditional fermentation with native yeasts. There are no traces of oak during aging, although it is aged in 500 liter barrels for 12 months.
Castro Baroncelli is a wine with a more elegant texture, with finer grained tannins, velvety, more subtle, a little more ethereal. Few bottles.
