Medium-high layer, with a violet edge in an intense red color before a compact tear drop.
The nose is very varietal, black berry fruits, with directness and complexity in secondary aromas; for sweet notes; cocoa butter, pastries on a floral background.
With notable freshness in the attack, it runs through the palate without edges with roundness and breadth, returning us to the grapes and the vineyard in retronasal.

Description:
Cavadura is a wine grown on a single one-hectare estate, located in the Town Hall of Taboada with a slope of 20%. A Monovarietal from Mencía with a production limited to 2,500 bottles and with an average age of the vines of 20 years.
The estate has a South, South-southwest orientation. Traditional viticulture work is applied there, with minimal intervention and seeking the maximum expression of the vineyard. The farm has shale soils, with a very short organic substrate. For its food, the vineyard has had to take its roots to high depths, giving the wine an exquisite minerality.
