Goliardo Tinto de Mar could not be a better way to call this trickster and very elegant red.
Its floral notes of violet, pepper spice, herbal touches, light earthy notes and wild red berries make it irresistible.
Fresh, with fine oak toasts and well-matched. Its tannins are pleasant and its acidity makes it a gastronomic machine for pairing.
A sea of red wine, with mineral sensations, juicy and very easy to drink.

Description:
Goliardo Tinto de Mar is made from vineyards located on the seashore and aged between 40 and 180 years.
The vineyard soils are mainly sandy and granite with some pebbles.
The entire harvest was done manually.
Each variety fermented in a traditional way and separately with its own yeasts and was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters for various uses and a 1,500-liter foudre.
When the aging is finished, the coupage or mixture of the varieties is made and it is bottled, leaving the wine to rest in the cellar before going on the market.
