Description:
Vineyard Notes: The vineyard is made up of about 25ha around the Pazo, which represents the largest conglomerate in the Salnés subzone. Soils of shallow granitic origin and southwest orientation. In the case of 1411, it is made exclusively with grapes from a single plot.
Preparation: After cold maceration, the tear must is fermented at less than 16.5ºC for 5 weeks. Once deposited in 1500 liter stainless steel, the 6-month aging begins along with its own lees.
Climatology: Typical maritime climate of the Salnés subzone. In comparison with other areas of the D.O. somewhat colder and with soils with less organic matter.
