Description:
Variety: Verdejo and Malvasía.
Aging: 12 months in Hungarian oak Bordeaux barrels.
Tasting notes: Intense yellow color, sweet, with great aromatic complexity, reminiscent of pineapple candy and aniseed notes, with light nuances of barrel aging in the background, creamy, voluminous and very long in the mouth.
Preparation: Fermented in barrels for 40 days, then devatting and aging in barrels with its own lees for 12 months.
