42 months in new French oak Bordeaux barrels, extra fine grain and selected barrels.
Vinification in red, fermented in barrels, with 15% whole clusters, with pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days, carrying out frequent daily bazookas during fermentation. Fermentation at low temperature and maceration for 31 days. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation was carried out in barrels.

Cherry red color, with a medium-high layer, with great aromatic complexity, reminiscent of raspberry jam, with light nuances of spices and roasted notes, in the mouth the freshness of the fruits appears again, in combination with a sweet and expressive tannin , typical of the variety, which gives value and strength to the wine, with the finish being long and very attractive.
