The Mel Aialma project was born in a corner of the province of Ourense, in the small town of Souteliño (Laza), located in that deep Galicia where nature is part of their daily lives.
This project is created by a family dedicated to beekeeping, in which they believe that living in rural areas is possible.

Its apiaries are surrounded by nature, soutos de castiñeiros, carballeiras and monte baixo, native and wild flora that the bees feed on, and this is noticeable in the honey that is produced.

Description:
A particularly tasty honey. Which reminds us of wood and castiñeiro flower (it can be bitter and even salty).
It also has a very characteristic and penetrating smell that transports us to the soutos of the town typical of this Souteliño honey.
