Description
Iberian acorn-fed salchichón
A cured sausage made with a mixture of Iberian pork meat and fat, added salt, spices and additives, kneaded and stuffed into a natural casing, which has undergone a maturation-drying process that ensures good stability, as well as a characteristic smell and flavour, which is then packaged for sale and in some cases transformed into half pieces that are subsequently packaged.
INGREDIENTS: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, spices, dextrose, LACTOSE, dextrin, SOY PROTEIN, MILK PROTEINS, emulsifiers (E-450, E-452), antioxidant (E-331, E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250). Natural pork casing.
APPLIED TREATMENTS: Chopping, addition of ingredients and kneading, refrigeration, stuffing, drying and maturing.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Dark pink and white tones.
Aroma: Characteristic of cured sausage.
Flavour: Persistent sausage with a spicy flavour.
Texture: Compact and homogeneous, the cut of the slice reveals the whole black pepper.
