Zárate Aguardiente de Hierbas is a herbal liquor made by Bodegas Zárate in the Rías Baixas region, Galicia. It is obtained by distilling the bagasse of the Albariño grape together with a mixture of herbs and flowers, such as chamomile, orange blossom, cocoa husk, lemon verbena, cloves, black tea, mint, coriander and cinnamon stick
The resulting liquor is straw yellow in color with golden highlights and has an aroma with herbal hints. In the mouth, it is intense but structured.

Bodegas Zárate is a pioneering winery in the production of Albariño in Rías Baixas, Galicia. Founded in 1920 by Don Ernesto Zárate, its Albariño vineyards extend across the Salnés valley. The Zárate family is a pioneer in the production of Albariño as we know it today.
