Description:
Appearance: Intense golden color
Nose: High, pungent notes of acetaldehyde (flower, almonds, and green apple) combined with a high concentration of dried herbs, nuts, and hints of oxidative nuances, ending with an intense, salty minerality.
Palate: Dry palate, lean body, and high alcohol moderated by concentrated acidity due to its age and lack of glycerol. Very long and saline finish.
