If you are looking for authentic flavors of the Galician coast, you cannot miss our preserved garlic cockles. Our most renowned mollusks are caught exclusively in the Rías Baixas, the coastal area of Galicia recognized worldwide for the richness of its seafood and fish. 

The cockles are purified in our seawater pools and are subsequently cooked, classified by size and manually packed in each can. 

They are accompanied by homemade garlic, which we finish with a touch of spicy chilli that turns this can of preserves into the ideal appetizer.
