Our canned garlic razor clams come from the sandbanks of the Costa da Morte, in the north of Galicia, where the best razor clams in Galicia are extracted by freediving by expert divers, arriving just a few hours later at our workshop. Once here, we cook them, shell them and select them by hand. 

They are then cleaned, removing the stomach, and then placed one by one in each can. As a finishing touch, they are accompanied by a subtle garlic oil that will not leave anyone indifferent.
