- New

Elaboration: Early harvest, extremely short skin contact, prior de-raising and
fermentation at controlled temperature, batonnage for 3 months to achieve
complexity of the fermentation lees.
Description: Bright and vivid salmon colour with subtle violet tints, its aromas of red
fruits and flowers are very typical of the terroir, medium-bodied on the palate, very fresh and
intense, with a long, persistent finish.
Pairing: fresh and textured salads, varied risottos, aged sausages. It
goes very well with those desserts with extremities, giving a harmonious balance
between the sweet and the fresh acid.

Description:
Viticulture within the Ribeira Sacra is based
on different pillars that make it heroic.
In this line of wines, we can talk about early harvests seeking the maximum
expression of the fruit in each of the versions. Being plots located at latitude 42 facing north, they express wines with fresh and attractive colors, a lot of
aromatic complexity, an acidity typical of the Galicia region. In the mouth, they are soft, fresh and persistent wines of trend for new demanding consumers
who seek to discover typicity and elegance. 42 north reflects this profile to
satisfy a modern and current need for wines.
