Here's Grandma's trick! 

If you see the stew solid when you open the jar, rejoice! It's proof that we use real meat and its natural collagen. As soon as it heats up, you'll see how it transforms into that irresistible, slightly sticky texture. 

To remove it from the jar without breaking it, before transferring it to the pot, give it a quick "trick" to loosen it up, either in a double boiler or in the microwave. This will soften it just enough to pour into the pot without breaking it. Then, heat it thoroughly... and it's finger-licking good!
