Description:
From the banks of the Sil River, with slopes between 30% and 40%. Amandi grapes
come from the Sil River region, where the inhabitants of Sober call it
Heroic Viticulture due to the characteristics of the region. The Amandi sub-zone offers
vineyards mostly facing south on the banks of the river.
The grape harvesting process is entirely manual, called Heroic Viticulture.
Manual vineyard management due to the impossibility of mechanization, in accordance with the
orientation of the vineyards on the terraces of the Sil River. Grapes transported by hand or
via rails. Vines approximately 50 years old, between 150m and
400m above sea level.
Harvest: between the end of September and the beginning of October. There is no passage through
wood. ABV: 14°. Residual sugar: - 1.8. PH: 3.5. Sulphites: 0.8/litre. Number of
bottles: 8000.
Tasting notes: Vineyards facing northwest that produce grapes of great freshness and
acidity, delivering a wine of extreme complexity where fresh fruit and wood
combine to give an identity rarely seen elsewhere.
