Viticulture in the Ribeira Sacra is based
on different pillars that make it heroic.
The vineyards are located on terraces above the Sil and Miño rivers with
inclinations of 40% to 70%. All the cultural activities of the vine must be
carried out manually. Vineyards: centuries old, cultivated since Roman times.

Description:
Unique terroir: the influence of the Cantabrian Sea, the rivers and the Atlantic Ocean
in addition to the continental climate give a ripening to the grape where natural acidity
is the protagonist. Soils with characteristics of slate, pebble, sand and
granite. Subzone: Ribas Do Miño. Orientation: selection of grapes from 3 different
plots, all located on the banks of the Miño River. Each one provides different
characteristics: South orientation: Ripening and structure. North orientation:
Freshness and acidity. Southwest orientation: Ripening and freshness.
Alcohol: 14.30. Residual sugar: 1.8 gr/lt.
Varietal: Blend of Mencía base inks. Vintage: 2020. Color: Red. Type: Wine for
Aging: aging in barrels, 30% French oak, 70% first-use American oak for
12 months and 3 months in bottle.
