Description: 

New vintage of the renowned and great PSI wine, a red wine from the DO Ribera del Duero produced by the Dominio de Pingus wineries with the good work of the winemaker Peter Sisseck. 

For its production, grapes from 841 plots have been used, with the novelty that they have selected grapes from plots that had not been used until now. To complete the character of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), a small percentage of Garnacha Tinta has been added. 

After the hand harvest, the grapes are destemmed and macerated in cement tanks. Alcoholic fermentation also takes place in these same tanks. For malolactic fermentation, French oak vats and barrels are chosen where the other two wines from the winery, Pingus and Flor de Pingus, have been aged. The PSI 2020 red wine rests in these barrels for 18 months. One month before bottling, the lees are removed. Bottled without filtering or clarifying. 

Of limited production, this red wine from Ribera del Duero needs an hour of aeration before serving to enjoy its full potential. 

A great, very elegant red wine, with a more modern and fruity character than its brothers but with the same quality and good work.
