PRODUCTION Traditional, fermented at a controlled temperature of 30ºC and macerated for 10 days.
TASTING NOTES Biga is a medium-bodied cherry-coloured wine, which responds to a modern ageing concept, with a predominance of fruit to which a noble wood provides nuances of complexity.
On the nose we find delicate aromas: fresh and clean fruit, with tones of leather, spices and fine woods.
On the palate it is light, pleasant, with a hint of freshness.
