Our clams in olive oil are caught exclusively in A Illa de Arousa (Banco de O Bohido, O Bao Beach) only when nature allows it and only when the clam is at its best point of growth and calibre.

At ROI&Co our seafood is prepared, cooked and prepared by hand, can by can in very small quantities. Slowly, pampering every detail by expert hands with decades of knowledge in the artisanal preparation of preserves. Only by following the traditional family recipe of Roi (Punta Cabalo Restaurant, beacon of A Illa de Arousa) is how we achieve an unrepeatable and unrivalled flavour. We never subject our product to automated industrial processes of any kind and we do not use any type of preservative or added ingredient other than the natural and traditional one in the recipe.
