Description
Iberian acorn-fed chorizo
Cured sausage made with a mixture of Iberian pork meat and fat, added salt, spices and additives, kneaded and stuffed into a cular casing, which has undergone a maturation-drying process that ensures good stability, as well as characteristic smell and flavour, which is normally packaged for sale.
INGREDIENTS: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, LACTOSE, dextrin, SOY PROTEIN, MILK PROTEINS, milk proteins, preservatives (E-252, E-250). Natural pork casing.
APPLIED TREATMENTS: Minced, addition of ingredients and kneading, refrigeration settling, stuffing, drying and maturation.

Colour: Red and white.
Aroma: Pleasant, characteristic of cured sausage.
Flavour: Delicate flavour sausage.
Texture: Compact and homogeneous.
