Iberian grain-fed pork loin 50% Iberian breed
This is a product made from the ileospinal muscle of the Iberian pig, practically free of external fat, salted, marinated and stuffed in a fiber casing, which has undergone an appropriate curing process to give the product typical organoleptic characteristics.
INGREDIENTS: Iberian grain-fed pork loin, salt, paprika, spices, dextrose, LACTOSE, dextrin, SOY PROTEIN, MILK PROTEINS, antioxidants (E-301, E-300), preservatives (E-252, E-250). Inedible casing.
APPLIED TREATMENTS: Addition of ingredients and kneading, refrigeration, stuffing, drying and maturing.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: The slice has a red lean part with pearly white fat veins.
Aroma: Pleasant and characteristic of cured meat, with medium durability and high intensity.
Flavour: Not excessively pronounced, spicy meaty flavour.
Texture: Juicy to chew, as well as showing fibrous slices with veining, a hallmark of quality.
