Iberian acorn-fed coppa
This is a meat product made from the head of the Iberian pork loin, salted, marinated and stuffed in natural casing or fibre, stapled or tied at one end and which has undergone an appropriate curing process to give the product typical organoleptic characteristics.
INGREDIENTS: Iberian pork head, salt, meat protein, sugar, antioxidants (E-301, E-316), preservatives
(E-250, E-252), acidity regulators (E450i, E451i), paprika and spices.
APPLIED TREATMENTS: Marinated, stuffed product and subjected to further curing.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Orange-red, veined.
Smell: Typical, pleasant, like cured sausage.
English:Taste: Typical, pleasant, cured sausage-like.
Texture: Compact and homogeneous.
