Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias is a red wine under the Toro Designation of Origin that has been produced by the Dominio del Bendito Winery. 

It is made with Tinta de Toro grapes from selected vines, over 45 years old. Vinified in concrete tanks with Epoxy resin and aged for 16 months, it starts on its fine lees, exclusively in French barrels... (some new, some from 1 wine, some from 2 and... can't everything be explained, no? ?). Light filtration at low pressure. Bottled in a single batch in one go. 

Las Sabias is a great wine that aims to highlight the best qualities of the land where it is born, without excesses. Although it has a high alcohol content, it maintains a slight fresh touch. In short, we are looking at a wine with a marked character with an intense fruit load but that is very balanced and pleasant.
