Description: 

The Mil Ríos Godello Sobre Lías is a white wine from the Terriña wineries, with the Valdeorras Designation of Origin. 

Terriña's philosophy is based on respect for the land, through the practice of sustainable viticulture and oenology that allows preserving the varietal characteristics and highlighting the potential of its varieties. With perfect location and orientation of the vineyard, on slopes with views of the Sil River. The soils are mainly ferrous clay with Godello and Mencía as grape varieties. 

Mil Ríos Godello is made with grapes harvested by hand in vineyards with an average age of 20 years. The flower must is kept between 4 and 6 days at a very low temperature and with continuous battônage, thus enriching its organoleptic properties. Aging on lees in a stainless steel tank with weekly shaking takes place for 3 months. The subsequent aging in the bottle completes the production of this wine for aging, round, full of nuances and elegant in which the characteristics of the Godello grape are emphasized. 

At first glance, its color is pale yellow, with golden reflections, somewhat steely. The nose is very aromatic, intense, with notes of white fruit, balsamic nuances and elegant touches of citrus and candied fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, glyceric and tasty. With a pleasant, long and persistent aftertaste.
