Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. 

This EVOO comes exclusively from centuries-old trees planted by our ancestors from varieties native to Galicia and unique in the world, Mansa Galega and Brava Galega. 

It is produced directly from olives selected from these peculiar olive trees, located in the valley of Quiroga and Ribas do Sil, collected green and after a first cold extraction. 

In this way, we ensure that our EVOO has a very intense green fruitiness, maintains all its properties and is a pleasure for the senses.
