Description:
Bright amber in color, on the nose, it presents notes of roasted apple with cinnamon, orange and blood orange peel, nutmeg, cloves and touches of raisins and Oloroso and PX sherry wines.
The nose is long, elegant and invites you to take pleasure in it.
In the mouth, Glenfiddich 18 opens calmly. With great silkiness and parsimony, it opens slowly and reveals nuances of candied citrus oranges, spicy touches, a base of slightly sandaled spicy wood and pleasant nuances of dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond along with sensations of pleasant white fruits and dry finish.
The finish is medium and ends on a high note with punch and strength but without stridency.
