Description: 

Found is a very old and rare Oloroso sherry that has never been bottled before. He is a perfect companion. With a mahogany color and highly complex notes of salted caramel and antique furniture. It's perfect for rich stews or full-flavored cheeses. 

Tasting note: Dark mahogany color resulting from its prolonged oxidative aging. Aromas of nuts, toasted notes, noble wood, round and without edges. In the mouth it has notes of noble wood and walnuts, soft on the palate due to its high glycerin content, round and structured with body, very persistent and a very elegant drying finish.
