Snow crab, Los Peperetes, this Galician preserve is obtained from the cold waters of Greenland, through artisanal fishing with pots at low depths and exclusively during the month of January, which is when this crab reaches its highest quality.
It contains the most distinctive crustacean in the world. Originally from the glacial waters of Greenland, the Snow Crab is a gourmet Galician preserve with a unique flavor.
It is a fresh and light meat, very versatile in the kitchen; although it can also be savored simply by opening the preserve or crumbled into a salad, to provide protein from quality seafood.
