50% Iberian free-range ham R.I. plate
Product made with the hind limb, cut at the level of the ischiopubic symphysis, with leg and bone, which includes the entire osteomuscular piece, from adult pigs.
INGREDIENTS: 50% Iberian free-range ham, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (E-331iii), preservatives (E-252, E-250).
APPLIED TREATMENTS: Salting, drying and curing maturation.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Purple red in the lean part and bright in the fatty part.
Homogeneous when cut.
Smell: Characteristic of a cured product.
Taste: Delicate, slightly salty, pleasant, without abnormal flavours.
Texture: Consistent, slightly fibrous, without softening.
