It contains the most distinctive crustacean in the world. Originally from the glacial waters of Greenland, the Snow Crab is a gourmet Galician preserve with a unique flavor.
It is a fresh and light meat, very versatile in the kitchen; although it can also be savored simply by opening the preserve or crumbled into a salad, to provide protein from quality seafood.
