Preparation: It is a light red wine with cold maceration for 3 or 4 days and then continues its process as a white wine, prior despoiling and fermentation at controlled temperature. 40% is fermented in CLAYVERS and 60% in stainless steel.
Description: Deep violet red in color, its floral aromas and black fruits, give a step in the mouth with soft and round tannins. Red of medium to light intensity. Unique style that provides a version of Mencia rarely seen in the market.
Pairing: Wet cheeses, pork tenderloin, grilled duck with pesto are its favorites.
