High intensity aroma, very varietal and of marked complexity, with a clear predominance of citric and fruity notes (grapefruit, pear, green apple, peach) which stand out over subtle hints of floral aromas (white flower, jasmine). 

In the mouth it is ample, unctuous and well-balanced, clearly reflecting the result of careful aging on the lees. 

The only white wine produced in the winery with very small production and from the old Viura vines of the Vallimedio vineyard located at 650 metres above sea level and in the most north-western area of ​​Cuzcurrita, bordering the province of Burgos.
